I gave both shows a fair chance, and I stopped listening to Leykis A LOT quicker than Don and Mike.

Leykis is a FAGGOT! And Don and Mike are RADIO AIDS.

I DO NOT want this to sound like "oh, Don and Mike aren't that bad", THEY BLOW! Get that straight. I'm not suggesting that if you replaces Leykis with Don and Mike I'd listen to them. DUMP THEM BOTH.

Very boring radio.

I think the worst thing is you KNOW what to expect EVERY TIME you turn them on.

Leykis will talk about how women do something that's crazy, and how men are being opressed.

And Don and Mike will call his stupid wife and kid, and then make jokes that just aren't that funny, followed by news.

O&A and Ron and FEz are fresh everyday.

Lycus isn't entertaining, I can see listening to him for a show or two, but I can't see a train wreck appeal to him. It just gets boring. At least Don & Mike do material. And I think they called the ratings thing back in the day more accurately (than O&A) of the O&A / D&M feud. I still think O&A are more entertaining, but D&M were more honest about the situation. I still have to give a little respect for that. <P> <P>

I work in N.Y and live in N.J. I can pick up D&M from the Philly station from 3-7. They are a much better fit than Leykis. They aren't histerical, but they are listenable. They did a funny bit the other day about Barry White needing a kidney that was funnier than anything I heard out of Opie's mouth in 3 years.

I would have to say Leykis, mainly because his show is just full of hate.

At first, when you listen, it is unique, but after a while, you find the guy talks about NOTHING else, but his hatred for women. He gives out really bad advice to men that I know will break (sometimes even very good) relationships up.

I really don't bother to listen to him anymore. It just really annoys me.

I notice too that his callers sound alike alot. I think he screens out a lot of calls that disagee with him.

I happen to like D&M. I'm a 45 year old male, and their show reminds me of sitting aroound the the house and BSing with my friends. I understand why they don't appeal to the 18-35 year old demographic. Allthough they're not older than R&F and not much older than O&A, they act their age, which is probably a turnoff to younger listeners. Tom Lykass is a just plain obnoxious SOB who is sometimes entertaining, but usually boring talk show host. <P>
