First I would like to Say the effort and Complexity in this entire site is second to none! you guys rock.

I am a Bail bondsman I take money from the families and friends of people accused of crimes Guitly or not. I want to give back to the comunity I was thinking of donanting a percentage of my take to charities .. any ideas?
Woman and childrens shelter and support
Rehabs
victims of violent crim

I heard Mikey D has a great Charity. The Mikey D Make a Wish foundation. He takes 2 boys and gives them an all expense paid trip to Great Adventure, complete with a round trip Cadillac ride to and from.

I say donate to a cause that moves you the most or that you feel could really use the help. I Help out the Aids Quilt foundation. They are always in need of help and money. I like them becasue they are all about helping people remember who has been lost to this terrible sickness. But that's me. It's nice of you.

A charitable donation to a church in your neighborhood works, as well as any soup kitchen in the area. There are a million ways to help in this world, they're not hard to find.

Save The Children is what I donate to the most often, my sister once worked there and it's one of the few charities where most of the money goes where you want it.

smack, why shouldn't i?"
give them a reason to go to
school. if u and other bail
bondsmen can get it

I, myself, would donate to Planned Parenthood, A Victim's of Violent Crime Charity, or a Woman and Children of domestic abuse charity.

These are charityies that I feel especially close to.

But thats just me...

Big Brother/Big Sister.

Very worthwhile. Any kid with a single parent has a high chance of coming from a screwed-up family & having the self-esteem of a piece of dirt. As well, single parents are almost always "running on empty" - doing the job of two people by themselves. They need a break.

I've been a Big Brother to a 4th-grader for 2 years now. He's a great kid.

The American Legion Child Welfare Foundation. I've made donations to them for a few years. They direct funds to different children's charities across the country. They put 100% of the donations towards their grants to these different charities, and require that the receiving charity or organization put the vast majority of the the grant toward the program or research; not administrators and executive board members.
