No, he didn't die. His contract has ran out in WWE after almost 12 years. He was one of the last good managers that wrestling had seen. My favorite moments with him were hearing him tell the corny story of the Undertakers childhood before introducing Kane. Watching Vince McMahon try to fight not to laugh was priceless. I also loved it when Austin and Kane shoved him in a manhole. Farewell Paul. You will be missed. OHHHHHHH YESSSSSSS!!!!!!!!
