Not exactly sure what your question is, so I'll just ...try. The hoo-ahh clip they play is indeed Al Pacino from a little movie entitled "Scent of a Woman." Al Pacino is an academy award winner. Every time a big ass card holder calls and says their number, Ron plays the hoo-ahh. Anything he says before it may just be to fill air while he searches for the cart or whatever.
