Junks Move? Ron and Fez at 7?

Junks To HFS Tomorrow? - 10/15 - A bulletin straight from DCRTV's Rumor Central: "Good chance that tonight will be the last night and tomorrow will be the first morning." That's what our source tells us. Will WJFK-FM's Sports Junkies be doing their last evening show tonight, and their first morning show on WHFS tomorrow? And, will overnighters Ron And Fez move into the Junks' evening slot? More in our 10/4 newsblurb, further down this page.....


DCRTV reported that, and hopefully thier wrong. Why? I like the sports junkies live and at night. If we did away with Bill Orielly and got Ron and Fez in the middays live id be happy, but reruns at 7? Nah. Well its step closer to a live ron and fez though.

If they can't get on LIVE at late late nights which they won't anytime soon , this is good all for all move. Im surprised that The Junks are just packing up and leaving over night though , thats the only thing about the rumor I dont belive.

I kinda doubt they'd pull this mid-week....I mean, anything's possible I guess, but I would think that not only would there be SOME warning (at least from the Junks), but they'd likely wait until a Monday to do the move. If the move happened.

I like the Junks, and I'd miss them if they left night-times, but c'mon. If I had a choice of Junks at night or LIVE Ron & Fez at night, it's gonna be the boys every time.

I'm kind of pessimistic though. As much as I really, REALLY want live R&F, I just don't think Infinity / WJFK is like-minded.

YAHOO!!! The Junkies midday and R&F back in the evenings where they belong!!! WNEW should only be so lucky! Not to mention that I can actually participate in the comedy pyramids which are now 5 hours old when I hear them :) <P>

Have you guys noticed that the Junkies have been playing some R&F "Drops"..

They have one of Fez saying "Donkey!", another one with Fez saying "Stupid Donkey" andone of Ron saying "JP."

Maybe they are hinting at something.....

if JFK is smart, they will do this.

Mornings: Stern
Middays: Ron and Fez live (after they move to DC)
Afternoons: Don and Mike
Evenings: The Sports Junkies
late night: Ron and Fez Replay
Overnight: Don and Mike Replay.

Best line-up would be with R&F back live at 7 PM and the Junkies taking the 10, 11 AM slot...

personally, i like ron and fez from 11-3am. probably because thats the only slot ive heard them in since i started listening. and that way i can listen to the whole show. i wouldnt mind the from 7-11 either cause the junkies kind of annoy me if i listen too much, but i wouldnt want them live from 10-2 because i'm selfish and i dont get out of school until 2:15 so the only time i would get to listen to ron and fez would be the weekend replays. itd be good over the summer ad days off though.
