BAGHDAD, Iraq (AP) -- Saddam Hussein won another seven-year term as Iraq's president in a referendum in which he was the sole candidate, taking 100 percent of the vote, the Iraqi leader's right-hand man announced Wednesday.
That has to be the funniest thing i've ever read in the goddamn paper. EVER.

You guys will be excited to learn that I was fortunate enough to privately obtain an actual copy of the ballot, so I was nice enough to scan it for everyone to see. Sorry, my sources must remain undisclosed at the current time.

It loads for me, but it's

Just wait until the war is unpopular. The same people who mock this election will praise it. Ho Chi Min = Saddam Hussein

It will be when we first start fighting at least.
I'm not really sure about this war. I think Saddam has links to al-Qaeda and definitely to the 93 WTC bombing, but I just don't like the precedent it sets.

ok, so you just said that you think he has been part of attacks on our country, but you don't like the precedent attacking him and unseating him sets?
What precedent? Fighting back? We better wake the fuck up cuz it's only a matter of time before attacks like 9/11 are almost commonplace. These are well funded, well organized remorseless killers who will do anything it takes to destroy this country, and its time to take action.

I believe that Saddam was responsible for the 93 WTC bombing, but does that allow us to attack now? I'm not worried about the US carrying out further pre-emptive attacks, but could China claim that Taiwan is responsible for terrorist attacks one day? I believe in the cause, I would just prefer that we get global approval first.

Just curious if you have a source for the connection between the two?

Who, other than Saddam
Hussein, was I taking
personal shots at in that
post?
My intensions were not to
offend anyone. (Except
maybe some of Saddam's
relatives). I don't think I'm
gonna post again in this
topic for the sake of it not
getting locked.

Also, it was well-reported during the trial of the bombers that Saddam was linked to Yousef and the bombers.
