Listen up brother

I am a successful radio producer and you are doing it all wrong.

First of all, you cannot start out in market 1, if you do you may as well be an unpaid intern. Today on the show you refused to do the straight jacket bit. wrong again, as al dukes will soon find out from that lame tour of nyc, you do whatever your boys tell you to do, forget about your own personal insecurities for the three hours and do what you are told solely for the show. when al wouldn't do anything for the NYC thing it was because he was afraid of his image. this is entertainment buddy, you put everything aside during the show, and you worry about the show itself. I have jumped out of planes, even did some almost illegal things for the purpose of my show only. so what you say you can book guests, anyone can do that, you just gotta have the right resources. i think you are all talk, and frankly NYC is gonna walk all over you. I'd rather have al dukes as my producer than you, Al makes the show frustrating, but you just stop it dead in its tracks

Yes, I realized I was wrong for not accepting the straight jacket bit. Honestly it took me off guard. I am born and raised in NY. I am a self made business person. NY or no one is going to eat me.(That sounds a little strange, Oh well)I am not looking for a job. and after Ron and Fez meet with me all will become clear. I still am not crazy about the straight jacket thing but I'll roll with it. I welcome any advice.

what do you see yourself as the second coming of christ? who cares if you were born in NY, half the people born in ny didn't start their jobs in NY. its a radio person's dream to work in nyc. tell me something, ok yeah you have a lot of great ideas, but do you know how to do prod? can you digitally edit things? can you use pro tools? do you know how to run a board? can you board op? can you follow a log? they may teach you all that in small markets, but they expect u to know this now when you get in, so unless you know how to do those things, you have zero chance

I have been told you can't run a successful business unless you go to college, guess what I dropped out of college started my business and now I own two successful companies. You are only limited by your imagination and fear. I have a lot of imagination, and not much fear. Sit back, strap in, and enjoy... Hear is a little trick to success. Kick down the doors, Get noticed, Clearly present yourself and your vision, Deliver on your promises, and you are done. It's that easy. Trust me. I've done it before in other industries. I have no vision? buddy my ass is where you are begging to be in, where do you sit? You want to be where I am, you are not going to get there by burning bridges, get noticed? You have to have the skills to get noticed. Answer my question, if WNEW gave you a commercial to produce could you do it? yes or no? if WNEW asked you to board op Don and mike, could you do it?

Easy buddy. That's what Al dukes and engineers are for. Again just sit back, and learn. Do I make you nervous, are your parents going to be mad when/if I become the producer of two of the most talented people on radio. Even the possibility must make you sick. I take what I want, I do not ask. And I do it with a smile. I live for challenges.

You want to be a producer? ok buddy, geez you are going to have to produce. engineer's don't board op, they fix problems and make sure the equipment is operating correctly. that's what al duke's is for? I gurantee you every single producer has to do production, I always did it and still do it. Unlike you, i don't live with my parents. i can and will not say what show I produce for or i will get slammed, but listen for once, and stop being one track minded, your vision of a producer is far out of what it really is. they will be using you to get coffee, they will have you doing their production work. they will have you running the board, oh i forgot the engineers do that, go hom hippie, you'll never make it
