I have a theory that it was made as a "sample" of what it could be, by a party interested in taking over the station and changing the format to country. Sort of like a "what it would look like" for a pitch meeting. Visual aids alway help in those type of meetings.

One prob. The guy who made it works for clear channel, not infinity. Notice the registrar says "Vaicom", not Viacom. It's a hoax. Tracked down who the guy is, wife's name, employer, etc. when I saw it last week.
