Even though almost the entire show was dedicated to the purple mohawk, it was great. This is the way WNEW employees should act when on the air with R&F. Wonderboy, sounding extremely pathetic, took all the advice and ABUSE, that was given, quite unlike a certain Orange Ball of Failure that challenges every caller to step outside. Wonderboy was reminiscent of Al Dukes, who always let the callers abuse him and never got out of control (Not counting Gay Randy of course). This show was R&F at their best, making fun of some poor pathetic bastard.

The thing that Billy and Wonderboy do so well is play their schtick with a straight face. Billy is the pathetic drunk, ready to fight. Wonderboy is the pathetic, artsy, social misfit.

I loved how WB was using every cliche in the book when doing his bit. No one has ever hurt this much, I'll never get over this, She was the one, No one is as good as her... Great touches. R&F really know how to groom them.

I know exactly what Wonderboy is going through, I was so sad, lonely, crying everywhere (at work, home, on the bus to work, during lunch, walking around, in my sleep).. til I found Talk Radio... made me laugh again.

I don't know if anyone has mentioned it before, but doesn't Wonderboy sound a lot like the late, not-so-great Al Dukes, especially when he's depressed?

no, he's not like al. al never accepted the fact that he was pitiful at everything. wonderboy cant stop admitting it. ron should just leave him in a room with a gun and walk away. doesnt he have better things to do with his life than yearn for someone who doesnt even care about him? does he enjoy being neglected like an animal? hasnt working with ron after all this time made him something of a man? r&f has had some really soft male interns. seems like frighty(friday?) fright was the only guy who ever stood up for himself.

but i suppose he wouldnt be wonderboy if he wasnt such a femme. and its good show material, not unlike billy. and al. and wild thing.
