Why do Contest Winners sound drugged?

Everytime I hear a perons who wins Big Ass Word of the Day, or Soprano's Product Placement, they're NEVER EXCITED! What's up with that?

Fez will say "You're going to our Big Ass Prize Closet to receive....." whatever was the prize, and all they get is a " thanks" and silence.

If I won something from them, I'd be so fucking happy they'd have to put me on hold cause I'd be cheering.

Let's get a little more excited to win, people. It's free stuff and you get to talk to Ron and Fez for a few minutes.

I think it's due to the fact that all the contest winners are actually interns calling in by order of the station to save what little prizes they have.

Yea, anyway....

Even if you just win some tickets to see a screening of a movie, why wouldn't that be cool too? If you're not interested in the movie, don't call in and take the tickets.

I specifically remember a guy who won a CD 4 pack with some really bitchin' POLICE CD in there, and the guy must have called in during his daily Heroine injections.
