You must set the ad_network_ads.txt file to be writable (check file name as well).

at www.rickandsteveradio.com there is a confusing site linking Rick with some guy Steve from the preston and steve morning show in philly.

does anyone know anything about any of this?

very strange. the site had a bio of rick and the "steve" guy, sections with bits and links. the only one i went to was for a station that goes by Y100 where "steve" is part of the morning show. it was "new rock" and from philly i think (i've heard of WYSP but not this station)

Y100 is a Philly station, and probably better than any music station we have up here in NYC. Hell it's one of the best stations in the northeast these days. All in all, college radio is where it's at! Keep us informed as to what you find out.
