SWIMCOACH - It's not illegal, but it's grounds for dismissal. Almost all colleges prohibit any type of sexual relationship b/w teacher and student. The same applies to coach and player (or swimmer)

In addition to this, it is immoral b/c there is a major difference in the balance of power in the relationship. You're the coach. She's the swimmer. You're the authority figure. Perhaps a father figure as well, given the age difference.

It would be a BIG MISTAKE to sleep with this woman.
