I have a VW Jetta. I like it. there's one thing I can't stand. When I change the station on the radio, it lowers the volume. The idea behind this is to protect you from changing to a station where loud music is playing and you're coming from talk or something quieter. But it's annoying having to change the channel and raise the volume. And if i decide to flip through the presets, it keeps lowering the volume. there's no baseline.

It's just the little things that bug the shit out of me.

No cupholder in the front! There's two in the back, but none for me.

I had to buy one of those cheesy ones that hangs on the window. I can't imagine driving to work in the morning without my coffee.

I used to have a '92 Hyundai Excel. Everything annoyed me about that car! I had power NOTHING, it was stick-shift, the glove compartment didn't close, and the driver's side visor was broken. The locks wouldn't open from time to time. Once I got my 2000 Hyundai Elantra all registered, neither door lock would open. I had to climb through the hatchback to get into the car in the parking lot of the DMV!

Piece of crap.

I'm pretty happy with the Elantra now.

it's more of a non-feature that bugs me...

99 Taurus

there's no strap on the passenger side to hang onto
there's no armrest in the back
there's no reading lights in the back...

my previous 88 Cougar had these items minus the strap

I have a 93 Ford Escort that barely runs. The only feature that I DO like is the cd player I had installed. Turn it up loud enough and a lot of the annoying features disappear.

I hate the buzzing sound that my sunroof is making for no reason. I hate that there's no light in the glove compartment. I hate the fact that there's rarely a piece of ass in the passenger seat. Sometimes I sit on that side, just to keep the seat from feeling lonely, cept for groceries, but they're no fun for seats.

<a href="http://www.mp3.com/thebelcher"><IMG align=center height=140 width=200 SRC="http://images.mp3.com/mp3s/81/resources/693/453/files/6934535.jpg"</td>

I have a 2002 Mazda Protege 5 sportwagon...
Nice little car excpet that 1: it's underpowered(135HP) it really needs about 160hp. 2: Mazda made the ride so much like a sportscar that evey little bump in the road is felt... the tires are taking a beating...3: and the worst the car is extremely loud... Not engine noise loud.. but road noise loud I had to remove the roof rack just so I can leave my moonroof open and still drive on the highway...
----------------------------
The radio sucks too but that lasted only a week after I bought the car... I installed a full Alpine setup with XM.
---------------------
Positive's very fun to drive on flat roads... I went upstate and found some curvy roads I felt like I was in a car commercial taking the curves at high speed great stuff....

Beautiful looking car with a nice coat of wax on it...
Auto dimming mirror.... also the seats are very comfortable.

and last very easy to work on...
My 93 Cougar was a pain in the ass to even change the Oil.. forget trying to replace a headlight....
---------------------------
My own stupidity in not getting a Stick and buying the Automatic... I ordered online and saved about 4 grand...

Aside from lacking a driver's side mirror (f'n monkeys at Great Adventure), the only thing I hate about my '00 Alero is the daytime running lights or, whatever the hell they are. The lights don't turn off.

My lighter doesnt work. I dont smoke, but it would be nice to be able to charge my cellphone or plug in my portable cd player (i only have cassette installed). Also, the sun visors are too big. If u pull them down, they hit the rearview mirror. Sucks.

My heat takes forever to kick in. This time of year, my windows are fogged shut for almost ten minutes. And I don't have a CD player.

The automatic wallet hoovering feature. My car seems to know when I have any "excess" cash lying around.

Wanna go out to dinner and movies? Can't! I need new tires!

Got an extra $20 bucks there? I think I'll glug down this gas today.

My jeep grand cherokee has a "Feature" (I like to think of it as a bug...) where all the doors lock automatically everytime all the doors are closed.

Have you ever had to step off your car to check a tire or something like that for a second? well, in my car you better remember to take the keys with you or leave a window open otherwise you are going to have to call AAA.

Other than that I love the car.

Peace & Hugs,

My MOE-bile is EVIL! It's a '95 dark green Ford Escort 4 door wagon. I like this fact because with the back seats down, I can transport my drum set anywhere I need.

THe only thing I don't like about it is the fact that my new CD/radio is too much for the stock Ford speakers, so I have to leave my METAL at a rediculously low volume, or the speakers start to pop and overload. BEAT!

Oh, and I need new back breaks STAT!

cup holder not big enough for a large soda Amen! I like to buy large amounts of water/soda/juice for my long trips, and I'm forced to buy several smaller ones so that I can fit them in my little friggin cup holder. Ugh. <P>
I also hate the fact that my gas pedal and brake pedal are way too close to each other. My big feet always slip off the brake and hit the gas by accident. <P>

I have a 96 Chevy Caprice Classic. It's ugly, way too big for the city, & very costly to run. The thing drinks gas.

But on the highway, it's powerful. Roomy, too. A lot of cars slow down when they see me coming because they think I'm an unmarked cop car.
