I'm a pretty new listener, and I just want to show my support for the Ron and Fez show. I think it is one of the best shows on the air. You guys have a great sense of humor and your not vulgar, racist, or otherwise pompus like every other host on WNEW. It would be a shame f you had to leave NY. Your Freind, Mikeeboy

Ron and Fez shouldn't leave NY without a fight. Everyone that left or got fired from WNEW got picked up by other NY stations (the radio chick, sid, Carton) and those shows didn't have half the popularity RF do. If I were them I would be putting out feelers to every station in NY. Screw Viacom! all viacom ever did was ruin Ron and Fez's careers by moving them to diffrent times every other week and now to a new city.

Well, hoping to add to the help in letter writing, I posted a plea for help on my site. I think there are about 200+ people that go there often, and probably more that get auto-updates whenever I change it. I got about a dozen e-mails from people telling me they'd write, and I've written already, and will mail in my letter a few times a week. I hope that a good FLOOD of mail will keep them here. I haven't been to any events yet but I'm hating seeing so many friends becoming unhappy that go to all the stuff..... I'd hate to see you all homeless! ;)

i'm sick to my stomach. for them to uproot and set up in dc would be a shock to the system. they'll be closer to the radio poison that is d&m. i dont even wanna think about the horror of those 2 spilling onto r&f. and they'll be a new staff, and a new set of characters, and just a lot of sub-par radio before any of them get heat. this just blows. i hate paul mercurio.

it's sad, but with the exception of my commute, I'll be giving up on the radio. Talk radio (specifically Ron and Fez) get me thru the day and I even forgo tv at home in favor of listening to the radio - I'm soooo done with radio if this comes to pass.

p.s. the commute will NOT contain 102.7 (nor 92.3) on the radio.

i'm not doubting the competancy of the dc callers, or the incompetancy of the radio staff. but if and when r&f go down there, it'll take time to build around them again. theres a lot of chemistry involved. its almost perfect now. and its gonna get shaken up because of management. bottom line, it wont be the same show. thats upsetting.

its like when your childhood best friend moves. yeah, you can keep in touch, but it wont be the same.

The Ron & Fez Show is ever-changing, that's why it's so good. It never gets stale. Just think how different it is now compared to when you first started listening. Our buddays will ALWAYS be funny. Well, <P> Ron and Fez helped us all out through the good times and the bad. My first encounter with the guys had me hating Fez (I have since dissected that portion of my cerebrum out and fed it to my guinea pig). Now I have travelled with them through .com to dual shifts. I was never an active poster or caller, but I did spread the word. Mentioning their show to people I met or worked with. They have always kept me laughing and I will miss them if they are forced out. I'm sure many of you feel the same way: a part of you will be left empty <P> <P>
All i have to say is, GOD DAMN Catholics!! <P>
