I feel that he is my man, he should not be telling another woman she is hot! He can complement her on her looks or her brains but HOT is not the word to use unless it is sexual. agree? disagree?

if he said it in jest...
if he said it to get a jealous reaction from you...

it sounds like he said it in a way that you felt he meant that he wanted that girl...or that your not as hot as her...

it all depends...

As long as he also calls YOU hot from time to time I do not think it is a bad thing.
Besides, it shows he is also human and is able to find another woman attractive. I think if he is staying with you he should be able to say something like that. I have told other women how attractive they are even when I am with someone else, but not to a complete stranger. It all depended on the circumstances.
Oh yes...one other thing, this also gives YOU the right to comment on how hot other men are also. What's good for the goose and all that....
