I laughed my ass off after reading this true account of Halloween Havoc. Staten Island now sounds like the city in the Road Warrior.

How will they ever find them now? Wallets stuffed with hundreds of dollars were found in neighborhood backyards, apparently ditched by fleeing teen-agers trying to hide their identities from the cops. Ah, the intelligence of youth. <P>
