I have no serious preference for style. I'd rather they were thin but I ain't gona reject 'em if they're not. More important is texture. I hate crispy or overcooked fries. I like 'em soggy. That's all I ask, soggy and salty.

There's this place out here in Longt Island, in Bethpage I guess, called Popei's (not the chicken joint) and they have the most kickass waffle fries ever.

I really love McDonald's, but they lose their "zing" once they're cold. Nathan's fries are great too, but nothing beats good ol' diner fries.
