POW/MIA Bracelets

During the Viet Nam War, you were able to purchase a metal bracelet with the name of a soldier who was either a POW or MIA. When and if the guy returned, you got to meet him. Really cool idea at the time.

On the plus side, if you hide them in a bag of potato chips, or the ones that were left out in the sun for a while, beef jerky, people will eat them none the wiser...

yeah there pretty cool...after reading john mc cain's autobiography i tried to find one of his bracelets on Ebay...but no luck...but there are other ones on there

I currently wear a KIA (Killed In Action) bracelet for a soldier that was killed in 1989.

I think bracelets with the names of the people killed in the towers would be a great idea! I'd buy one if it went to benefit the families.
