Letterman on WNEW

Listening today (Thursday 11/7) to the Ron and Fez replay I heard that WNEW will begin airing CBS's (And Viacomm's) Dave Letterman live weeknights from 11:35PM to 12:30. Does this mean that WNEW will stick around a little longer? I hope so...

who knows what that means. it could be that theyre trying to salvage the talk radio format, or it could just mean cutbacks on staff needed for the dreaded switch.
