In the job section of WNEW's home page they used to have the information up.

I'd check, but I don't want to intern there so... yeah... I'm sorry, I am no help.

Take luck!

well Brian given the fact that
i have a black belt, have lots
of pent up agression and
enjoy neck slapping people
i'm down.

i'd rather attempt a radio
carear and do an internship
at a radio station.

If the format flips, and ron and fez are lost, you might wanna find a new show to intern for.

Craig, I think it's great you have your sights set on working in Market #1. However, I'll relate a piece of advice that was given to me.

It's a LOT easier to get into NYC if you've done work in smaller markets FIRST. It proves to the big stations that you're willing to do the shit work and they'll take you on.

Trust me on this. Nobody in NYC wanted anything to do with me before I did an internship for a Jersey station, and then I got several offers, one of them paying.

Another piece of advice: DO NOT PIGEONHOLE YOURSELF IN RADIO. I made that mistake. Look at all forms of media - TV, Newspapers, etc. It might help out in the long run.

Sure is. Just look at Al Dukes and D&M. They're gold, Jerry, GOLD!!!

station weekend stuff...

and as far as pigeon holing
my self into radio, thats
waht i want to do. print
media is boring and TV is
so fucking rediclous. radio
is probly dieing, or will by
the end of my life time... but
its just something i always
wanted to do.

Radio pays shit, unless you're in sales or a highly rated personality. That's all.

Im a psychology major, and really have no interest in anything except Ron and Fez, alcohol, cigars, and chinese buffets. How can i get me an internship or something with the boys? I mean, i could be a waste too like most of the jack asses in the studio...i.e hawk, wonderboy, staples...i can be fat drunk and stupid too.
