I'm listening to the Saturday replay of Wednesday's (I think) show. They just came out of break with a song where the main line was "...so follow, the leader down....when there's no where left to go....." etc.

Can anyone tell me the name of this song?

...silent, but violent.

that would be Unwritten law and I am not sure of the name of the song. Their new album was so bad I didn't even buy it, I heard my friends first. A great Unwritten Law album is their self titled one that came out a few years back. Check it out.

I'm not listening, but I would bet you are referring to LCD Soundsystem's "North American Scum".

That wave of British bands in the early '90s was so great. Blur, Pulp, the shoegazer bands, My Bloody Valentine...

Even Oasis' first couple of records. Too bad they became such wankers.

On 5/19, there was a MLC interview, then a "Gay Man" superhero bit. Following a commercial break, there was a rejoiner that merged Donkey Kong kill screen audio with this bluesy, southern-sounding song. Right after that, they interviewed Sam about Stan McDonald. It aired around noon, or if you're listening to audio edited for commercials it was 1:45 into the show. I need that song, and your help would be supremely appreciated.

There was a rejoiner in todays show (7/27) that was about waking up hungover and remebering that" my whole family was in jail and i have to get them out" or something similar to that. I think it was the beginning of the second or third break.

What is that from?

Thanks.

Trailer Park Boys

They use another line from TPB about "Hey everybody, I just want you to know that I'm drunk as fuck, and on dope...not only that, but I've got a loaded handgun here. *bang* So please send me back to jail, please?"

There was another that they used in their openings a while back where you heard awful microphone feedback, and Ricky saying something like "adjust the fucking esqualsch"

Heard an awesome rejoiner today it was a live track and Ronnie let it play out. Big guitar riff. He asked Fez if he knew who it was after he played it, and of course Fez didn't know. Shamed to say I don't know either. I'm ready to hit I-tunes, please help, thanks.
