Whatever happens, either way to wherever R&F are going, I just wanted to open up a discussion concerning the Ron and Fez show and a fellow named Heckler.
Ron and Fez have themselves a spectacular show which is in a very questionable time right now.
During this time, as in all times of hope, and unrest, people of a certain character stand out. Heckler is one such person.
From what I read so far on the boards, responses and posts, I am very thankful to Heckler for his efforts - and I think we should all be thankful.
He is very direct, creative, and well thought out. I'm positive he has motivated some of you. Positive he has made others think. Positive that he is making a difference.
I wanted this moment, this topic, to be a thank you to Heckler, under the topic of Ron and Fez General Discussion. I want it to be here because I think the difference he is making directly effects the show, as much as the show effects us. Thank you Heckler.
And although we should thank Ron and Fez, .Net, the Mods, the Admins, and the others posting and trying to make a difference...I just wanted to single out Uncle Heck. It's not an everyday thing that mere words can create such action and response.
Keep it up Heckler, we are behind you. We are behind you because you back up our radio heros - Ron and Fez.

Excellent post, Erole, and I couldn't agree more.

Heckler's been a mainstay of the show since the beginning, and he's the reason I ever came to this site in the first place.

We've since gotten to be good friends, and I am in no way less in awe of him than when I hear him on the radio. He's an incredible guy with an amazing wealth of knowledge and truly one of the "good guys."

Excellent post Erole! Heckler has been the fighting power behind this campaign along with Sweet Melissa, Sheepy and the other capos. I just want to say that I appreciate Heckler and all his hard efforts to keep the boys here! Kudos Heck!

Thanks for the props guys and gals but I like to consider myself a "regular guy".
I like Ron and Fez, I drink too much coffee, I'm cursed with an incredible memory and I have too much free time.

I would like to thank Heckler for his leadership and his friendship to Ron and Fez. I too have become friends with this lovable giant and look to him for advice and conversation. He is a true fan of good radio and a great guest on the show.
The message board and all the people associated with it also owe his a Big THANK YOU for the simple fact that he used to call the show and plug the hell out of it in it's early days.

I agree with you GVAC. I used to listen during the old Ron and Fez.com days and it was Heckler talking old school that got me hook on the show and on the board.

We have only shot back emails to each other, but I do consider him a friend. One of these days I am going to have to make a road trip up to NY for an event and meet all of you guys and ladies.

Thank you Ron and Fez for finally being live in DC.

Well there's also Stan "The Lariat" Hansen, but Gary is still top 5.
Heck has motivated us not through yelling and issuing commands, but through action. Leading by example, when this campaign works and helps to keep our buddays on the air here, Heck's gona be a big reason why. Thank you, sir.

I Dont get to talk to Heckler much or as much as id like to.

But Heck, i love your posts and best of all your a driving force in the campaign, urging the members of the board that all is not lost and not to give up the fight. Its that kinda of leadership that I look up to and applaud. Heck keep it up, and if you need any help with the campaign, dont hesitate to ask.
