I was thinking about this. I as NO.

Before the bombing started, he had no trouble recording these little video tapes and getting them to the press.

But suddenly, he stops sending messages all together, and now suddenly just tapes a message.

I say he's dead, and someone who they think sounds like him records a message.

I don't know, but maybe it's just me, but I find it hard to believe that NO ONE knows anything as to whether this guy is alive or not. He had to be communicating with someone while in those caves, and someone almost always knows someone else and the word gets out. I find it odd that his family, friends, cohorts, captured soldiers, SOMEBODY hasn't at least commented on this. I frankly find the whole thing disconcerting and strange.

I think he's probably dead,but I'm not sure it even matters. These tapes are probably signals to his follwers and could have been made a while ago. Even refering to the attack in Bali- these attacks are planned way in advance so who knows when that tape was actually made or how many others might be stockpiled somewhere to fit other situations. <P>

I think one team from Delta or the SEALs can deal with him if there is sufficient evidence pertaining to his location. I don't think we need divisions of infantry pacing the mountains kicking over stones if he managed to escape Tora Bora.

If this is him, I am quite surprised. The reports I heard mentioned that he was heard over a radion just prior to the carpet bombing of Tora Bora. That place is now a dirty little sandbox. Ugh, he is a slippery bastard!

Remember way back when we had him, and then he suddenly disappeared, thats when i think we may have killed him. They could just not tell us in order to stop uproar and possible smaller attacks for killing him. Either that or im just completely wrong.
