Who Will Break Hank Aaron's Home Run Record?

The other day (Nov. 12) was Sammy Sosa's 34th birthday, and I noticed he has 499 career home runs already. This leaves him only 257 shy of breaking Aaron's all time mark of 755. With the rate he's hit dingers the past few years, I think it's a given he'll get the all-time record, barring any kind of career ending injury.

At 27 years old, A-Rod already has 298 home runs. Should he stay healthy, I think he's got a shot to surpass it one day, too.

Bonds, already basically said he wont, he will probably retire before then. Sosa has a very good possibility of doing it.
Griffey use to have the best chance cause he had so many homers before he got injured so much so now his shot is basically gone.
I would think A-Rod is the best candidate for the job at least as of now, and he stays healthy.

Griffey hasn't been doing good lately but if he gets back in the "Swing" of things hes still got a chance. And i don't want to admit it but i think A-Rod's got a chance.

Griffey had the chance. He hasn't been anywhere near the same player he was. i'd have to go with either Sosa or A-Rod. I would love to see Bonds do it, but probably not.

At 38 years of age Bonds has 613, leaving him 143 shy of breaking Aaron's record. He's more than capable of doing it, especially if he has another 70 home run season.

I agree that he is a senstation but I think he needs to settle down a little. He needs to become a more disicpline and not swing at anything that comes at him.
