You know the feeling...you have a bad day or get some bad news and you feel like your world is crashing down around you. Then you see some poor kid with cancer, laughing and enjoying every day that he has on this earth. What Inspires you during bad times?

How hard do you really have it?


well, In the last year i have had a couple deaths, my house robbed, and misclanious other things happen. Two of said deaths were my father, from Hep C, and my Grandfather, from Numberus Strokes and Lung failure, who not only died in the last year but 24 days apart. Right around Christmas. And I had to bury my grand dad on my birthday. But i try to live through it one day at a time. But I also have to help my mother (38), Brother (15), and sister (9) through these difficult 11 months.

I find it better to deal with my problems by A) Crying it out, or B) pre-occupying myself. It makes it easier so things don't hurt

i have this belief that you have to work these things out for yourself...i've feel like i've had a bad week, food poisoning, boss giving me a hard time, bank card expired with a cart full of groceries and had no cash on me, friends are not keeping their word(most frustrating), living on the edge with money and bills, etc...
at a point where i just want to tell my friends and boss to go F themselves...

i've been thru this in the past and i'm sure it will pass again...

you sometimes wonder if it's all in your head and maybe getting a bit paranoid or it's something you're paying for for something bad you've done in the past...

you just got to keep on living, learning, and work through it...

It's weird. I'm 23, I make about 35 grand a year. I have less than $1500 in student loans, same for credit card bills. My rent is about $1200 a month split three ways. My car insurance is only a couple hundred. I haven't been in a relationship that's lasted more than three weeks. I just don't have a lot to spend money on. Sure, I go out all the time, buy CD's, movies, books, whatever, but stupid shit only takes up so much cash.

I've found myself investing in more and more charities in the last few months, just so it doesn't feel like I'm wasting my money by sitting on it. But I don't like going into that.
