I've got to agree with F Wad here... Pebbles couldn't talk at that stage either. However, the super strenth does indicate that there was possibly some minor retardation, as does the fact that on the "Pebbles and Bam Bam Show" he wasn't the sharpest tack (even if he did look like Fred from Scooby Doo.) My personal theory is that he hit himself in the head with that club just a bit too often.
