Just when think you are done, they pull you back in. This will be one of those seasons when it comes down to the last game for them to get in the playoffs and they need 4 teams to lose.

Don't be surprised when they win out the rest of the season. They have beaten some of the best teams in the league. I can't think of a team that is better than them, nor can I think of a team that is on a better roll than them right now.

Where are all the Testaverte fans now? Just look at the rest of the season:

Buffalo
at Oakland
Denver
at Chicago
at New England
Green Bay

I'd say they go 3-2 for the season, although they've proven they can beat big name teams(Miami, San Diego) Making the Playoffs is still a definite possiblity.

Buffalo
at Oakland
Denver
at Chicago
at New England
Green Bay
Buffalo- Already lost to Vinny's Jets earlier in the season. Don't look for them to give Chad's Jets a hard time.
Denver- is terribly overrated and lucky they get to play Seattle twice a season
Chicago- will be an easier game than Detroit
New England- has been very disappointing this year. Got off to a great start, but has sputtered since. Should give New Yorka contest, but Gang Green will come out on top.
Green Bay- just lost to Minnessota. It won't be an easy Jets victory, but a victory nonetheless.

Luckily for the Jets, Green Bay should have home field wrapped up by week 16 so they might not play all their starters. At least not for the whole game anyway. So if they need that win, it's a possibility.

That said, the Jets always find a way to lose in the end.

Bamanation sounds sane, but this quote is wrong in so many ways....

By NY Dragons:

1) Buf will definately make it a great game. Buf had no running game at the time and still outplayed the Jets. Morton was your only, lucky, saving grace.
2) Denver actually doesn't play the Seahawks twice a year anymore as they aren't even in the same conference anymore. Overated? They are so tough with or without Griese. This from a SD fan. I'll place some big money on that game! Let me know.
3) Chicago, even in their home away from home, are no joke. Matchup wise, the jets have nobody to cover Booker.
4) By the time NE comes around, I believe the more desperate team will win. If NE goes back to running first they could be really tough.
5) GB, bamanation makes a great point, but if not, I think a loss is in order here.

Let me know about that Denver game!

Green Bay

Buffalo = Jets win.
Oakland = Possible loss, Oakland road game can be brutal.
Denver = Jets win, they're home, and either pumped from an Oakland win, or possibly pissed from an Oakland loss. Either way, I call win.
Chicago = Jets win, Chicago blows.
New England = Tough call. evenly matched if all goes well, and it's in New England. The Jets have a score to settle with the Patsy's. If I was handicapping, I'd probably put the Pat's giving 3 and a half. Take the Jets and the points, but an over all loss for the Jets.
Green Bay = Unless a dome is built to create Brett Farve's Red Sun, this will be tough, but it'll be a MUST win for the Jets. Jets win, but barely.

I can't wait for this to come back and bite me in the ass.

I am a big jets fan..
I never like the fact that they signed Vinny when Blesode was available... but Chad is living up to his potential(sp). As long as the defense keeps playing well the jets will be hard to beat...
Buffalo-- just should be able to handle them... win..
at Oakland-- fucking hard game, Chad's first test in football Hell... to close to call...
Denver--without Sharpe and Griese Jets win...
at Chicago- Jets win. booker is the only one playing well and without a good QB, he is nothing..
at New England-- they just look like crap right now.. so i will give this one to the jets..
Green Bay-jets get their fucking tits torn. Farve will kill the secondary...

Here is my prediction. At some point Damien Robinson, by himself, will cost the Jets at least one more game. I watch alot of football and this guy makes me nuts. Always out of position , over aggressive, misses tackles and even gets bad defensive penalties. He must have pictures of Herm Edwards with a donkey.

I think someone forgot to tell Vinnie that we have two of the fastest recievers in the league(Moss and Coles)he needs to retire so that we fans are safe from having to suffer thruogh another seasn with him as a Jet. if you think the jets can beat the packers, you're crazy. The jets are good and all, but they're in the AFC, where there are like 12 playoff contenders, so i would be very surprised if they make the playoffs. Remember there's only 2 wildcard spots, so they'll have to beat out the titans, who have an easy schedule, the broncos, cheifs, raiders, bills, and pats

even though the season will be over if they lose, i'll still watch chad, laveranues, and santana light up the opponent's defense. pennington's the best qb in ny since simms. if anything, you gotta watch the rest of the season just to watch a good, young qb get better. not to mention the receiving tandem of the future. coles and moss are more exciting than meshawn and chrebet were in '98.

The jets defense has really stepped it up in the last couple of games.. they look very good.. and for the jets to be able to win with Martin rush for about 60yds is huge. They need to run the ball more Martin needs 222yds to keep his streak going. he has rushed for over 1000yds every season he has been in the nfl.. he needs to aver like 74yds a game to get it... Lets go Jets... and lets hope Miami loses to nite.....
