Are Cheetos considered to be chips?

Personally I think no, if anyone takes interest in this thread I'll start giving my side.

I want to date an anorexic chick so that if we are weighed together we'll appear to be a normal couple.

They are NOT chips. They are "Cheese Flavored Snacks." Yet I wonder if the USDA classifies them as "cheese" like they classified ketchup as a vegetable in the 1980's.
