fear of the guys. thats how
it should be. i say beat em
hard, beat em often. i want
fear amongst the interns.
They should fear physical
retribution like tuttle used

ngiht when ronny beat harry
elvis with the cow bell, but
we dont see it enough.

So you want to haze this person who you will be working with. Or otherwise beat them, demean them and otherwise treat them bad, but when they are finished interning you turn around and say it is all in good fun, thats crap. Why not treat the people as humans

They've been treating Harry Elvis like crap since his first day. The kid has talent, but he's not ready to be on the radio.

He was really asking for it yesterday though. I wonder if Ronnie was signalling for the kid's spots in the studio or if Harry really is such a goof. If this was not a bit and Harry really was so disrespectful to his boss he has no business coming back to work.

good radio! like last night, i
was DIEING when ronny

cowbell! i didn't say they
had to like live a bondage
life style or anything LOL.
i just wanna hear more flair
chops! LOL. I'm not saying
the interns aren't valuable,
but do you really think
everyone on the show is
themselves, 100% of the
time? its called a show for
a reason.

and these interns get more
than just about any intern
i've ever met at my school...
all the local stations up
here have their interns
alphabetize comercails
from the 80's and get
coffee... these guys get air
time, production experience
and their opinions get
considered. most interns
get treated as coffee
bitches, with minimal actual
training... just enough to get
their credits. this isn't to
say thats how it always is,
thats just what i've seen.

Interns are supposed to be the lowest of the low and treated like dirt. It's called paying your dues. Besides Harry Elvis deserves his beatings and does get quite a bit of on-air time and credit for his bits. He gets too much anyway.
