Anchovies are nice.. especially on pizza or caesar salad. I've never had caviar, 'cepting the small amount they sometimes put on sushi. Recently, I tried escargot and it was yummy.. of course, the herbed garlic butter may have had something to do with it.

I have childhood memories of my father eating Sardines all the time. But I've never tried them. Are they close?

But I'm in the Todd EVF/PanterA camp with Tuna only.

Actually, I tried Salmon wrapped around Arugula and some very nice sauce, and it was GREAT!

Maybe I'll try Anchovies now.
