decided with Al that it was
"Sucks ass", not "Fuck that".
I don't think they'd risk a fine
by replaying an F-bomb if
they weren't sure that it
wasn't "Fuck that". It's
possible it was "Sucks ass"
but no matter how many
times I listen to it, it's really
impossible to determine.

I missed the end of the show, but I'm really surprised they played it again uncensored. There's definately no 's' sound in the last word. I'm 99% sure he's saying 'fuck that'.

I happenned to be in studio that night, and the funny thing was during the break when Al came down the hallway to defend himself by saying "He said 'sucks ass'." Ronnie then stated that if he was sure that's what was said, they'd play it again on the air. Al then said he'd dump it if they replayed it.

Mr. Dukes has the most warped sense of logic I've ever encountered.

The thing was, about the replay, is that Ron was REALLY sneaky about replaying it, they gave no setup. They just worked it in like it was a normal part of the break.

It was funny radio nonetheless though.

I think last week when Steven Baldwin was in studion he fropped the f-bomb and it was let through as well. It was early on in his appearance.

Geek alert... I did some audio sleuthing with this one. Opened the file in Cool Edit, compressed it and filtered it. The caller definitely said "f**k that." There's not enough high-frequency content ("s" sounds) for it to be "sucks ass." However, in passing it would be pretty hard to tell, and could be argued either way.
