I want that Turducken too. Unfortunately we're having vegans over for Thanksgiving. Any suggestions?

What about a pumpkin stuffed with squash, cranberries and tofu sprinkled with texured soy protein flakes?

Any other suggestions?

Take some fermented-soybean by-product, stuff it into an acorn squash, cram that into a ready-made, wheat-gluten-derived "mock turkey", toss in a green vegetable, and coat in a bean curd skin. Deep fry and then enjoy the compliments.
