Uh. Talk about a stomach turning embarassment of a football game. Lemme hand out some grades.

QB- D-. Interception THEN and THERE?!? are you kidding?

RB- A. Excellent game from Tiki DESPITE the offensive line.

OL- F. Don't let Barber's numbers fool you, he made his own holes. Turning a 3rd and 5 into 3rd and 25 because of penalties, unacceptable. Snapping the ball over the punters head, disgusting.

WR- C. Did not get open when they needed to but made a few nice grabs.

TE- C-. Shockey had an OK game, but never adjusted to being chipped by the LBs and secondary.

Defense- B. Only reason the game was as close as it was.

Special Teams- F. Missed field goal, no tackling on punt returns; horrid.

Coaching- C-. Fassel warned the team all week not to look past the Texans. But the fact that they did, combined with all of the penalties shows a poorly prepared team

The last interception was not entirely his fault. He was hit as he threw it. Tiki was awesome, but so was Toomer - the only thrown TD in the game. He did his job pretty well. But I do agree, this game was horrible. They didn't really put up much of a fight. It just goes to show you that the Giants always play to the level of their opponents. They will probably finish 8-8 on the season.

Just an aweful display of Football.

i was pretty sure they would play down to their competition but that was ridiculous. a win coupled with an eagle loss tonite and we would be in a first place tie. but that would have been too easy for these bums.

It could be worse they could bring Ray Handley back to coach

This was a pitiful game. The problem is the Giants have absolutely no red-zone offense whatsoever. Its been the case for years. You would think they would learn how to score by now. Somehow, they manage to accumulate yardage but still can't get it into the end zone. Its very frustrating to watch and I'm not even a Giants' fan.

See Ya!

Wasted Sundays.

Food for thought...Cincinnati flogged the Texans 38-3 a few weeks ago.

Man, the Texans are ruining me in the pool. Unless they play the Rams or the Jets I'm still not picking them .

The Giants were mediocre before all of the injuries. Accorsi should get as much blame as the coaching staff.
This may be the end of the Fassel era.Parcells looks tanned, rested, and ready.
