Coolest/lamest logos in sports

In football I think the broncos logo is absolutely fugly, while the Texans have a pretty cool one.

Baseball, I like the Indians cuz that logo takes balls. I don't like the expos though. What the hell is that supposed to be anyway.

Don't know much about hockey, but I do know the Islanders "Gorton's Fisherman" look a few years back was retarded.

Basketball I like the Celtics, but the Hornets is kinda cheez.

I actually liked the Isles' fisherman logo. I realize it wasn't that popular, but I wish they would bring back the old lighthouse as a third logo. THAT was a cool logo.

For those of you commenting on the Browns, they DO have a logo. A rarely-used elf. Not a great logo, but a logo nonetheless.

Rockets, Devil Rays, Bills and Magic ones suck.

A lot of the new hockey ones suck balls, they are trying to be too cool and flashy. I heard the new owner of the Sabers wants to bring back the old uniforms, sweet!

In 1902 John McGraw, manager of the New York Giants, referred to the Athletics as the "White Elephants", implying Mack shouldn't be allowed to spend money without supervision. Mack defiantly adopted the White Elephant as the team insignia, and in 1902, the A's won the American League pennant.

umm...i believe you are thinking of mike brown, one of paul brown's sons, who now owns the team, paul brown died about ten years ago, and is widely regarded as one of the great if not the greatest innovator in NFL history (he invented "the pocket").
