This has been vexing me all the live long day, does anyone know it's orgins? I sounds like Kevin Meaney saying it with a touch of Fez Marie in there too.

Ok, here's another one...
I just saw Parenthood today, but I was in and out.
When Fezzie says "Hi Geary" to people named Gary, is he impersonating Gary's Mother, aka Diane Wiest? It sounds awful lot like Fez, but not enough, and I didn't know if I missed a scene where it was more clear?
