I appreciate the effort that fans like me are making to keep ron and fez on WNEW, but it's a pipe dream that will not help.

Why do I say this? For one reason: profit. There is basically one show on wnew, and it's not on in the afternoon slot or the morning slot.

Infinity radio will do what they want, and if you wanted to stop them, you'd need MILLIONS of people to protest against them.

It is good to fight, but when you're steve urkel going 15 rounds against Mike tyson, you might want to start thinking if it's really worth your time to continue.

I think it all comes down to what Infinity's plans are for O and A. will they bring them back after the dust settles or are they done with Viacom? If theyre done then WNEW will switch formats and Ron and Fez will be left without a station. What I'd like to know is when does Ron and Fez's current contract end. I'm sure there would be lots of radio companies in NY that would love to have them.

But ultimately, it's that even a reason to really not try at all? You're just justifying your own desire to not help, your laziness, whatever, and all you end up doing is trying to perhaps explain away your guilt. So people call or write letters, how is this hurting them? Why imply that it's a waste of their time? It's not a waste if they tried and truly believe in it...

If you thought this whole champaign was to save WNEW you're a complete moron.

It's not a matter of keeping them on WNEW, its a matter of keeping the SHOW live in NYC.

If they move to DC or not why cant we keep the SHOW live in NYC on ANY of the MANY infinity stations.

Plus this is a SAVE Ron and Fez forum, your negativity is unwanted.
