Ernest "The Cat" Miller Has Resurfaced!

I am currently watching my tape of Smackdown! last night cuz of course Thanksgiving dinner and karaoke in my famiy...

AnyWHO the commentators are Michael Cole and to my surprise The Cat! WTF? Where is Tazz? Is he gonna return to wrestling? Is he on vacation?

Ernest "The Cat" Miller, former WCW Commish, in all of his leopard print glory is the color commentator (I bet there will be a "colored commentator" joke so I'll just squash it early, sorry :) ).

I think this is a great addition to the announcing duties on Smackdown! depending if this permanent which I hope. He is a great character and very funny on the mic and if he does get in the ring he could display his Cat-Bo martial art stylings or dance in James Brown fashion like no other! Give him a chance, will ya.

i'm a huge cat fan, i'm so f'n happy he's here. and his commentating on smackdown was hilarious. he was never the greatest wrestler but his skills on the mike are some of the best in the business.

I gotta admit, lookin back WCW was very entertaining. And looking at what the WWE has become after putting the WCW and ECW out of business...well they suck. I think they were good because they had competition. Now that theres no big wrestling leagues and no one to really compete with them, they dont have to prove that much...thats why THEY SUCK!

I loved the old Ernie Ladd-Brickhouse Brown-Rufus R Jones feud back in the early 80s down in the Mid Atlantic region. The Big Cat was one of the greats. Too bad they really segregated him, having him fight other black wrestlers, but never going after the championships. (Wrestling in the early 80s was a lot like how soap operas are today: segregated story lines).
