You're absolutely right dude.

Ron pre records the other voices and the whole show is 100% scripted. The only live voice during the entire show is Ron.

Ron gets in at 5:00am to start pre recording all the characters.

take a lunch break at about 12pm.

Finishes the pre recordings at about 3:30 pm

Takes a nap before show time.

Finishes the show and immediately starts scripting out the next days show.

If you notice small gaps of dead air, that's because Rory is setting up the new tapes of the other characters when the last ones run out.

It's a tough job. Also when Ron says to get one of the guys into the studio, it's all clues for Rory to load that characters pre recorded tapes.
