1) Viacom decided the heat has passed and will put them on in the New Year. Start them back out in smaller markets and slowly back to New York. or Vice Versa.

2) Accounting 101. Infinity comes to an agreement with O&A's agent(Bob Eatman, who is also the agent for R&F) and buys out their contract. This is beneficial to Infinity because they can write down the loss in one year instead of spreading it across three. (This keeps O&A from fucking up the profit/ loss statement for 2 more years.)They would then get a chunk of dough upfront and be free of any contractual obligations. They wouldn't get their entire salary in this scenario, but a large lump sum which= lighting cigars with money.

i just remembered, i think the court date for the couple will be coming up soon. it was moved from its date in november to sometime in december. i sure as hell hope it isnt moved forward another month. especially since that is what they are waiting for to see what will happen with them
