Seriously, I thought that Fez was this guy:

His name is Eddie Deezen. He was in Grease, War Games, and a whole shitload of other movies and TV shows. A very funny character actor. He was also in "1941", which was one of my all-time favorite movies. He played the annoying guy with the ventriloquist puppet that was stuck up in the Ferris Wheel with Dub Taylor.

I also visualized Ron as, well, Ron. For some reason, I had an image of Ron in my head when I first heard him and, I Swear to Loki, that I guessed what he looked like. It was kinda like a vocal psychic visual. Weird Huh?
