Who is the character voice that Fez does when he does the "woweeee, woweeee, woooo, woooo". It is absolutely adorable, and I must know. Whenever Fez does this voice, I think my neighbor can hear me hysterically laughing.

I believe that character voice is "Schleprock" from the Flintstones spinoff featuring teenaged Pebbles and Bam-Bam.

most likely the same guy does both voices. But Fez is more likely to be doing a Droppy impersonation than a Shleprock one.

Good call DH. The guy is named Don Messick and he did both voices. However, I cannot shake my certainty that it was indeed Schleprock.

I'm trying to find proof on the net of this. So far, I've come up with a "corraborating" witness. Read the the last paragraph of this nitwit's webpage...

James is correct. Droopy's expressions were more like
"I'm happy" - real monotone.
or "woes me".

Shleprock was the one who said
"wowzee wowzee woo woo"
