HK-
I have a very sensitive appetite. Whenever I am upset or angry, I lose my appetite. I can't eat at all and the smell of food makes me dry heave. Now, it's been three days and I haven't eaten. On Thursday I had a pickle slice at night, yesterday I had half a cheeseburger and a donut...and so far today....nothing. I don't have hunger pains but I do get a little dizzy.
I don't know what to do. I am a little stressed and now I can't eat.
I understand what you mean. But try eating at least some foods that aren't "hard" on your stomach - crackers, bananas, rice pudding, toast.
The fact that you are getting "dizzy" isn't a good sign. If you still continue to not eat or get dizzy, go to a hospital.

JASMINE'S SONG - Many people's appetites are affected by their mood.
If you're at the point where your tension or anxiety prevents you from eating for three days, you need to get medical and or psychiatric help for this problem. On the plus side, anxiety disorders are the most common reason people see therapists and they respond very well to treatment.
I also must mention that your choice of food does not lend itself to digestive ease. You fasted for 3 days, then had a pickle slice and then a 1/2 cheeseburger and a donut. These are not the foods you should be eating.
First, you need to keep yourself hydrated, so always drink lots of water. Secondly, you need to keep your body nourished so try to eat healthy foods, in sufficient quantities that you don't get dizzy.
The dizzyness you're experiencing will most likely abate after you've eaten.
This is serious stuff. See your doctor.
