i understand where the anger comes from when ask "Who the f**k are the Capos" I ahve been a loyal fan for awhile and i wrote my letter. I also have a big ass card and i am sure R&F have my email address yet I have yet to recieve my invite. What gives? why am i not cap material? Have I done wrong?

You dont have to be "in studio" to be a capo. If u r an ardent supporter of the show (ie; letter writing, contributing $$$, spreading the word, etc) u ARE a capo! congrats. There are way too many of us to all go into the studio. However, if you feel u really NEED to be recognized (which, personally i feel makes u less of a capo), u may take it upon yourself to email rory and he will certainly oblige u, after, i assume, checking your credentials. Unfortunately, any further visits by capos will be done after "the holidays" (sorry hsc), as the show will be on vacation til then. And yes, they WILL be back..thanks to the capos!

Its not about being recognized. Its the fact that some people are arrogant and boastful. it can be annoying. And since i am apparently a "capo" i guess i can say that i feel the title of capo is kinda pushing it. I mean remeber when all you had to have a was a big ass card to be "elite" Then there were too many of us. Now you have to be capo. what happens when thre are too many capos? Probably some new title will be dreamed up to further the elitism of some people. Some times i fel like I'm in high school again

The money issue is to support the message board, both operating costs and funding events.

ok $$ for the message board helps one become a capo. I was always under the impression that the board was a completely spererate entity from the show. So how does contributing money to the board get you in the good graces of R&F and their staff?
And i hate to sound like a whiney baby but unfair i say as some of us haven't the means to donate especailly during the holidays.
