Angle, Heyman, and Big Show

Just when you thought Angle is turning face, he goes and does the "unthinkable" and join forces with Heyman and Big Show!!! This is confirmed and will be shown on Smackdown! tommorow. Apparently as Paul said, he did a double screw over on Brock. Should be interesting

I have mixed feeling about Angle winning the title. He's my 2nd favorite in the WWE but my heart sank when the ref counted the 1-2-3. Benoit is my favorite and arguably the best in the WWE, and it looks like he's in title contention.

I highy doubt Kurt will drop the title anytime soon, which means no strap for the crippler. 3 championships for Angle and none for Benoit??? Are you kidding me, hopefully the next person to be champ will be Benoit and he'll have a nice 8 month title rein (which won't happen in this age) and all WILL FALL TO THE CROSSFACE.

I'm not sure what to think about the Angle/Show/Heyman storyline. It'll likely bomb.

metalsatan, you should give more room before giving out a spoiler, just a lil heads up (did that before myself).

Anyway, why would Kurt Angle do this to his career? He doesn't need Paul Heyman. He has great mic skills and is better alone.

I got no problem with the concept of Angle screwing over Lesnar. If gives the face Lesnar a reason to chase Angle (like all good babyfaces, he'll chase the heel) for the belt. If they really want to stretch things out, Angle could refuse to give Brock a title shot, and they may have Brock be forced to enter and win the Rumble so that he finally gets a shot at the belt at Mania (that's if they want to go long-term though, and who knows if they even plan that far ahead anymore).

But the one real complaint I have - aligning with Big Show. At some point, I'd LIKE to think that Vince realized what a talentless piece of shit the guy is, that he's a lost cause and has been for a few years now, but I doubt that's going to happen.

I would be happy that angle was champ if the shows were together...although if the shows were together, HHH would have the title...it was a dumb move tho, just the more work for Heyman

The reason benoit does not get the title is really pretty simple. The WWE pushes guys who are not only good wrestlers but who are good on the mic as well. Now some get by without the mic work (see Hardy, Jeff and Van Dam, Rob) but the fact is Benoit isnt the high flyer he used to be and he is atrocious on the mic so you have to think is this the guy you want to represent the title and have the spotlight a majority of the time. I think not its just bad for business. It would have made more sense to put benoit with Heyman so that heyman could serve as the mouthpiece for benoit thus getting rid of the need for benoit to be on the mic

Angle vs Brock will be huge. A former Olympic champion vs a former NCAA champion. I hope that they stretch it out to Wrestlemania. just thinking about it is making me salivate.

as for Benoit, he's the one who should team with Heyman. Paul could counter chris's mediocre mic skills. They could've gone that way, but the Angle angle is fine by me.

Yes, it is.

Benoit isn't ATROCIOUS on the mike. He's certainly no worse than Big Show (who can't do much more than bellow), and that fat son of a bitch was given the title belt.

The WWE just doesn't "get" Benoit, which is a tragedy considering he's one of the best workers in the world. If he didn't have guys like Angle or Guerrero to wrestle, I'd say he's being totally wasted.

All I ask from the WWE is that, when they finally do wrestle one another, that they let Lesnar drop the monster gimmick for a match and just let them do some mat-wrestling exchanges. That's all I want. I want them to acknowledge Brock's WRESTLING background.

That and a shooting star from Lesnar, will make me happy.

They are stretching it out. The angle is that Heyman had a contract signed which said that Brock will not get a title shot vs. Angle

The big show is nothing but a big disappointment. He was so much better in WCW. Unfortunately he signed a 10 year contract when he came to the WWE. Gimme a break, a couple months he was jobbing to crash holly now hes in the main story line for smackdown

se7en you should know as a wrestling fan that McMahon always loves the big wrestlers that is why Show got the title, and he is bad on the mic and that is why he has only been a maineventer for maybe 4 PPV's since coming to the WWE. So that is why he doesnt stay on the mic and they put him with Heyman so that heyman could talk for him. The bottom line is they do get benoit and let him wrestle good matches against the best but again he sucks on the mic, why have that man be the flag bearer for your top show and simply does not make sense
