Wow, I just listened to a tape of last night's close, and man, what an ending. If you listen to this show and that didn't get you, I don't know what will. I gotta admit I shed a tear with that one last night. Ron and Fezzie's thank yous were sincere, beautiful sentiments, and I sure hope they are back in the new year, but if not, you couldn't go out any better way. God Bless Ron and Fez, the .net family and all the people who will hopefully have the wisdom to keep them live in NY. I know ratings are the bottom line, but I almost get the sense that if the suits could hear last night's close, they'd have no choice but to bring them back. What a moment. Merry Christmas and happy Holidays to all of us, and we can sleep easy knowing we did all we could to save Ron and Fez.

I shed a tear myself, but they will be back. It was an emotional heartfelt Cya' to all. What show can force that kind of emotion to a listening audience? I've only been listening about a year but what a great year it was. Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all. <P>

It was late, the end of a long day with another one starting early tomorrow. I was wending my weary way home, listening to the show as always, thinking about nothing more than curling up on my couchbed for a nice winter's night's sleep. At the end of the show, Ron and Fez said their seeyuhs, I don't need to give details you all heard it, and with glistening eyes, and a heavy heart, I pointed my truck in the direction of Bar 9. I would be damned if a 6:00 wakeup call was gonna stop me from celebrating with the buddays, not this time.

I feel awful. I wasn't able to listen to the last hour of the show. Does anybody keep a library of the shows in mp3?

When Ron said they've ended every year with the Pretenders song and Fezzy said, we'll definitely see you next year, I believed him - if only because they didn't give the pyscho mark goodbye. But, they came back, and when they did they gave the "cyas" and a "your mom's box." Was anyone else really sad to hear that? It sounded so final.

That really was a lovely way to end the year. For a rare time, we got to hear Fezzie not "on", if you know what I mean. He spoke as himself, and from the heart. That's one of the many things that makes Ron and Fez so special. You can sense that they genuinely love one another and are truly best friends, unlike some other shows that pretend to have that kind of relationship, but really do not. Thanks for a great year buddies, and look forward to hearing you in 2003.
