Support my bid to bring Jello Pudding Pops back on the market.

I was just talking about the lack of pudding pops on the market the other day with friends, we'll call them Ben and Donnie.

What amazed me about pudding pops was the tiny layer of ice that would form on top of it...how did they do that?
