Electioneering - Radiohead the pop/ anti -dance style of the music really gets the day going off fast, i like fast music in the morning, because it makes the day seem faster.

Jumbo - Underworld

I actually listen to "Cowgirl" and "Born Slippy" every time I have to get up before 7 AM. Nothing finer.

I spent years competing in Kung Fu tournaments so I have aquirred several injuries in both knees that required surgery to correct. Because of this I exercise every morning to get the blood moving and stretch out my muscles. My routine is to roll out of bed, come to the computer and start one of the following songs, depending on my mood.

Slipknot - Wait and Bleed, Disasterpiece
Hatebreed - Perseverance
System of a Down - Aerials, or Snowblind (Sabbath Cover)
Static X - Push It

Needless to say, mornings are fun at el Casa de Impact. Mrs. Impact is simply thrilled to death with my early morning metal choices.

Depends on what I have to face in the day. Sometimes I'm up for SuitePee by System of a Down. Otherdays Bodyrock by Moby will get me going. But, if it's looking like a good day, I'm fond of 2 Times by Ann Lee...

Then again, half the time the song I start my day off with is whatever's on the radio which inevitably gets caught in my head for the rest of the day...

Did you shell out the import price to pick up "What Sound?"? Because it's worth it.
