The following is from www.wrestling-news.com

Its no secret that Rob Van Dam has been the victim of Triple H's recent politics, forcing RVD into the roll of shaking hands at The World, during WWE Armageddon. Coming off main eventing Survivor Series this left many stunned that he wasn't even included in the PPV. Apparently Rob Van Dam is looking to "be traded" to the Smackdown! brand, so that he can get a away from his problems with Triple H, and achieve his own stardom. This is only a rumor at this time, but it is expected to happen in the coming weeks.

Most people consider RVD to be a one dimensional spot-oriented worker, but he can work stiff, take bumps like a pro, and pace a long match if given the opportunity. My biggest gripe with RVD is that he doesn't consistently sell a body part an opponent works on, but most wrestlers don't and it doesn't matter too much in sports entertainment style wrestling. RVD may not be in the same league as Chris, Eddie, and Kurt but he could still have real good matches with all of them. I hope he jumps over without Smackdown trading any of its top talent.

It is apparent that Raw has
too many of the Big names....
A guy like Raven can actual
make some noise on smack
down.... Here is what Raw
should do.... Vince mcMahon
should go to Bishop and say
nice signing on Steiner but
now he is spending too much
money so he has to lower he
Salary cap or whatever you
want to call it...... He write
s down a number and Bishop and
Venis drop like 4 guys... it
could be Van Dam Raven Justin
Credible and Hurricane
Helms... Or whoever they
want... this would make sense

IS WWE TRYING to make RAW bad? Y2J and a couple other guys on Raw are great but there talent is being wasted. Get Albert, or sorry sorry "A-train" out of smackdown as well as Big Show, and SD! would be fantastic, even though it is already more entertaining wrestling wise and storyline wise (Paul Heyman is great no matter where he is put)

Being the SmackDown!-ist that I am any gain for SD! is a gain for the WWE. RVD is being wasted on RAW. Y2J is really in my opinion the only talent that is in the caliber of RVD. We've seen RVD work plenty of good matches with Benoit which means he could do it with Eddie and Angle. There is no chance for RVD to make any kind of an impact on RAW because HHH, HBK, and Steiner are hogging it all. Come to SD! RVD where hopefully you will get the title you deserve.

RVD on smackdown would make a great show even better.

BTW: i thought A-train did a great job against edge thursday night. He showed some excellent ring psychology.

DarkHippie: I agree. I thought Albert was at his best on Thursday and he and Edge had a good eight minute match. It was nice that he tried to work on Edge's knee rather than rely on those power moves he uses in the three minute matches. My complaint about that match lies with Edge: it wasn't believable that Edge would be able to hit that top rope missile drop kick after suffering so much damage to the knee.

It was pretty pathetic to see RVD who in my opinion can be a main eventer hosting the PPV from the World while A Train is wrestling on the PPV. RVD is being lost in the shuffle on raw. I think they should renameraw the Triple H Show because week in and week out they keep shoving him in our faces every monday night

Speaking of RVD's woes, did anyone see the sign on HEaT (that must have gotten taken away quickly, because I don't remember seeing it on RAW) that said "HHH KILLED MY PUSH"? Funny shit.

...silent, but violent.

I saw that sign!

[And personally, while this will put me in the minority, I now believe that Michael Shane & "The Black Nature Boy" Scoot Andrews are one of the best tag teams in the WWE, jobbers or not. Better than the Dudleys. That's right! BETTER than the Dudleys!!!]

I'm doubting the validity of this rumor until I see Meltzer or Keller confirm it.

However, RVD WOULD be better off on Smackdown. The poor guy is having to job to fucking Batista these days, and Christ is THAT embarassing. Yeah, he has problems selling and with psychology, but Edge has that same problem and that hasn't stopped Angle / Eddy / Benoit (the Holy Trinity) from having good matches with *him*. He would do much better on Smackdown.
