Also, in the early episodes, they only used to show Fonzi with is motorcycle, because if I remember correctly, they wanted to show that "biker gang" look to him...

the network said that Fonzie could only wear the jacket on the motorcycle because it made him look like a hoodlum, so they had him riding his motorcycle into buildings until the network relented.

The blue jacket was only for an episode or two.

Fonzi wasnt a main character until later on in the series. He would only be in a few scenes on a show.

2 other great early Fonzi episodes were the one where the was a burgular at Richie's house and Fonzi locked him in the hall closet.

The other one was when Fonzi went back to school and he was trying to cheat and the pigeon took a shit on his notes in the window sill.

I think Ron mentioned the other day that Happy Days was better when it was filmed. Once they went to the same sets all the time it did lose something. Still had enough to keep my attention though. They never play the Welcome home Episode where Richie comes back from the Army. Was it that bad?
