Horde king has his and is very informitive... But i want my own joint on here where you can ask me for the cold hard facts. Not politicly correct no holds barred honest true answers. My knowledge ranges from legal issues to world events and politics. and REALISIM.
Im not an optimist who sees the glass as 1/2 full nor a pestimist who sees it as 1/2 empty I'm a realist that see's it as a glass that is twice as big as it need to be.

I know that H.K. brings many great answers to all our questions but i would like to give you some in the way it realy is on certian topics i call it " ask big daddy "b" ".

I tryed the period one and he didnt beleive me.. If the offence was not that severe and you are polite and respectful you can ofter time get a break.. but if it is some hard ass rookie or a miserable 28 year veteran that was passed up on every promotion and has alimoney, child support doctor bills and Internal Affairs on his ass you just got an ticket and he's looking for broken tail lights as he walks away.

Where are the best places to look for someone who is hiding out?

The first and most important thing is when ever able ( which in most cases it it) to compile as much up to date info about the person ssn,birthday,where born, friends,family,work, car, job and occupational skills, kids spouce or signf other. Then you do a basic search via phone calls posing as some one else, to verify if that person is there if not then you go to girl friends or mothers house and stake it out. If he has a PO Box stake that out .. use the info u have to think like him. As the Great Worrier Sun Su said.. If you wait by the river long enough the body of your enemy will come floating by. ( I say If you wait to long the tide will rise and your feet will get wet).

What's your opinion on tipping at a bar? My girlfriend and I always get into an argument over this.

Unless it's really really crowded, it's a chain bar, or I'm not staying long, I leave a BIG tip up front. Like $20-$50. Damn straight that bartender is going to remember me. If there is more than one bartender, damn straight he/she says to the other one "take care of him." This way they know UP FRONT that they will be taken care of. To me that's just how the fucking world works.

My girlfriend says it's risky and views big tips as a bribe. She gives good tips, but tips as she goes. Then again she's a chick....

I say no bribe. I know what it's like to have worked for tips and if the bartender doesn't treat me right (and by treat me right I don't mean give me and my friends free drinks all night) than fuck him or her. But I can tell you more often than not, that bartender is gonna be looking to refill my glass before the schmuck next to me or make sure that the McCallan scotch I ordered is really the 18 yr. old and not the 12 yr. old that the owner poured in there the day before.

Do you agree? What's your take on TIPS!!!!!????

When I know the bartender, I tip nice at the end, since he/she already knows I'm good for it. Otherwise, I tip round by round. They seem to remember a nice tip even if it is little by little.

Absolutly! you have it correct. first they work hard for the money. there are alot of stiffs out there, even if you dont have the money you still tip well it comes back to you. In your reasoning as in mine and others i know that first initial tip can buy your way to great service and we all know how hard it is to have fun when you are in line most of the night for a drink. If they really do you right then leave another 10 or 20 on the way out right in thier hand and they will know you appreciated what they did also. the next time you are there you will have service and a comp drink here and there. I have had many occasions where i drink free and still do but i tip well and even a few get christmas tips.)COLD HARD FACT :people are money motivated

Forum Question for BtBM: Why Are Bail Bond Locations Always Located Near (Insert Annie DeFranco) Where Blacks Live?

I also notice that where there's a bail bonds place, there's usually a discarded mattress or tire on the lawn of at least 3 of the houses on the block. Is it a strange phenomenon, or a mere coincendce?

There reason is that it's a case of the "man trying to keep a brother down. There is no political correctness in bail. the COLD HARD FACT is: in innercities there is more crime. So, we put offices in hi crime areas why would we but one in the middle of low crime area? and as far as the mattress well... thats how the girls work off the payment plan i guess.
